Pantheon Industries Vocational Development Center (VDC)

provides a continuum of services that are individualized to meet a person's needs as well as those of the referring agency. Pantheon's VDC works with different area high schools to assist in coordination and implementation of transition plans, and is a recognized Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) service provider. DVR is a federal/state program designed to obtain, maintain, and improve employment for people with disabilities by working with the person, employers, and other partners. The VDC also partners with the counties and various Care Management Organizations to provide a full range of integrated and supported employment opportunities.

The mission of the Vocational Development Center is to provide individuals with the necessary skills, information, training and accommodations required to obtain successful employment and achieve personal and vocational goals. The staff is committed to providing individualized services and maximizing the person's abilities.
