Rick holds a Master of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, with concentration in Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He has been with Pantheon since 1994 and has worked in the Human Services field since 1988. Rick has extensive experience in directing work services programs and in the development of new services throughout the vocational services industry.

Managed Care Coordinator
Mike Jackson

Mike began at Pantheon in 2006 as a Vocational Assistant. He is currently the Pantheon Managed Care Coordinator for Waukesha County, working with the new Family Care System, and the Care Management Organizations involved in that initiative. Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in May 2004 with a degree in Journalism. He is currently working on his Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling through the University of Kentucky and will graduate this fall!

Meghan Goeglein

Meghan began working for Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center, a Pantheon sister company, in 1997. She began at Pantheon in 1999. As the Vocational Program Coordinator for Walworth County, Meghan is responsible for overseeing all work-related programming for Pantheon’s Whitewater location. Meghan is a graduate of Peru State College.

Jason has been with Pantheon Industries, Inc. since 2001. He is currently the Marketing Coordinator, and his duties include marketing, customer relations, public relations and other marketing and administrative duties. Jason also continues to further develop relationships in the business community, as well as manage the marketing and sales of the Pantheon Candle fundraisers and the Pantheon Candle Store.
Leah M. Burg graduated from Marquette University in 2007, with a double major in Advertising and Public Relations. Her main concentration was graphic design and she minored in film. Leah also holds a teaching certificate in "Teaching English As a Second Language" and hopes to teach abroad someday. Her primary responsibilities at Pantheon include grant writing, graphic design projects, PANTHEON HOMEG.R.O.W.N. FARMS project manager, and, while working to seek outsourcing in manufacturing, document destruction, and commercial laundry services, she continues to develop additional positive community relationships.

Vocational Development Center Coordinator

Erik Martin is the Vocational Development Center (VDC) Coordinator for Pantheon Industries. He holds a Master's degree in Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Erik has been with Pantheon since 2004 and helps oversee a full spectrum of vocational services for area high schools.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He has been with Pantheon since 1994. Paul currently has responsibility for overseeing all work-related programming for all of Pantheon's Waukesha County sites.
