Pantheon operates a work unit within Oconomowoc Manufacturing Corporation. Paragon employees work on the factory floor in an area that is set up with industrial work stations and a conveyor system. They work side-by-side with the employees of Oconomowoc Manufacturing. The plant has an air-conditioned break room and a separate office area.

Program

Pantheon has been employed as a subcontractor to Oconomowoc Manufacturing since 1988. This is a community-based work program that teaches real-life work habits and skills. Our employees aid Oconomowoc Manufacturing by performing assembly tasks and by inspecting finished parts.
